I'm doing a mexican beef casserole. we'll need a salad, maybe rice, drinks, and dessert. also, our group will be a little light this week. jesse, elizabeth, and leven will be gone on wednesday.
I'm planning to take my dessert for the international student luncheon to the church on Thursday morning. If anyone else would like me to take theirs, please bring it on Wed night.

I will bring a Quinoa Mexican Salad type of thing, which I think is a little bit like rice but I've never cooked it before!
I'll be there with a drink...grades are due so I might have to cut out early.
